2023 Rotterdam Coastal Races
Welcome to the official website of the Rotterdam Coastal Races.
This year in the weekend of the 16th and 17th of September 2023 A.R.S.R Skadi Rotterdam and K.R. & Z.V De Maas will organize a new coastal regatta, the Rotterdam Coastal Races. The Rotterdam Coastal Races will be held on the North Sea, along the shoreline of Hoek van Holland.
Information about the race and its side-events will gradually be released in the coming months. Make sure to keep in mind the dates and schedule your plans around this weekend and you just might end up finding yourself battling it out in a new spectacular race off the coast of Rotterdam!
About Coastal Rowing Rotterdam
Coastal rowing has made an enormous development in the past years. This branch of rowing sport focuses on rowing in open waters. Because of the heavier conditions, the boats are wider and more robust than the boats used on rivers and lakes. The coastal rowing sport also has common grounds with the sailing sport. Coastal rowing guarantees a spectacle on the waters just off the coast of Rotterdam.
