The palaver is an explanation from our race commissioner. During this explanation, the necessary rules and handles of rowing in a coastal boat will be explained. It is expected that all participants will first follow the palaver before boarding the boat. The palaver will probably be held at the Hoeksche Watersport Vereniging. The palaver is mandatory for every starting participant.
